Carl W. Marker
|
Mr. Marker is the founder, president and senior portfolio manager of IMS Capital Management. Mr. Marker has 19 years experience as a professional money manager and has been associated with the IMS mutual funds since their inception. Mr. Marker earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon. Prior to founding IMS Capital Management in 1988, Mr. Marker was employed as a financial systems analyst with Freightliner. He is a member of the Portland Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Marker is regularly quoted in the press and has appeared in Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Kiplinger´s Personal Finance, SmartMoney Investor's Business Daily, USA Today, and Barron's as well as several national business television programs.

Art Nunes, CMT

Mr. Nunes is chief investment officer and a principal of IMS Capital Management. With over a decade of investment management experience, Mr. Nunes also co-manages the IMS Strategic Allocation Fund and serves as the firm's technical market analyst. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University. Prior to joining IMS, Mr. Nunes worked for RBC Dain Rauscher and Salomon Smith Barney. A Chartered Market Technician (CMT), Mr. Nunes is a frequent market commentator on CNBC.

Rita F. Aguilar

Ms. Aguilar is a principal of IMS Capital Management. She is responsible
for managing client relationships, conducting research projects and
monitoring investments and client objectives. Ms. Aguilar has over
20 years of investment industry experience. Prior to joining IMS,
she worked for RBC Dain Rauscher as an investment associate.
Ms. Aguilar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.

Joseph M. Ledgerwood, CFA

Mr. Ledgerwood is a co-portfolio manager of the IMS Capital Value Fund and a senior research equity analyst and trader at IMS Capital Management. Prior to joining IMS in 2002, Mr. Ledgerwood gained financial services and investment experience working at a bank and a full-service brokerage firm. Mr. Ledgerwood graduated from the University of Portland, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.

Donald A. Shute, CFA
|
Don Shute is co-portfolio manager of the IMS Strategic Income Fund and a senior fixed income research analyst at IMS Capital Management with 18 years experience. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Shute worked for four years at Bear Stearns Asset Management in New York, managing high yield bonds and researching government credit and corporate debt securities. Prior to that, Mr. Shute served in a wide range of portfolio manager/analyst roles at GT Asset Management in Hong Kong and at Wells Fargo Asset Management in San Francisco. Experienced in all aspects of fixed income management including credit analysis, risk quantification and modeling, Mr. Shute has worked with domestic and global debt, corporate, government and convertible bonds, as well as money markets, currency and derivative and structured products.

Stephen Wendell, CPA
|
Mr. Wendell is a portfolio manager and former president and founder of Juniper Capital, a Eugene-based RIA with $65 million in assets. With 24 years investment management experience, Mr. Wendell has served as a senior financial executive and director of several Oregon-based companies in the public and private sector, including Umpqua Feather Merchants, Bohemia, Inc., and International Kings Table, Inc. Mr. Wendell received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oregon.

Monte D. White

Mr. White is a principal of IMS Capital Management and has 30 years of securities industry experience. His areas of responsibility include new business development, managing client relationships and helping clients to achieve their investment objectives using diversification and asset allocation techniques. Prior to joining IMS, Mr. White worked for over two decades at the full service brokerage firms of Salomon Smith Barney and Piper Jaffray, where he actively managed equity and fixed income portfolios while working with clients on a broad array of investments. Mr. White earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University.

Steven F. Haug

Mr. Haug is responsible for managing client relationships, new business development and helping clients achieve their investment goals using diversification and asset allocation techniques. Prior to joining IMS, Mr. Haug spent nine years in the brokerage industry working with clients and their investments. Mr. Haug earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Whitworth College.

Susan C. Steele

Ms. Steele provides the first point of contact to clients and service providers. She manages the firm's back office operations and meets with clients regarding new accounts, distributions, transfer of assets and handles general account administration. With 5 years experience in the financial services industry, Ms. Steele also serves as the firm's Chief Compliance Officer. She graduated from the University of Portland with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Kathleen M. Griffin

Ms. Griffin is a principal and chief operations officer at IMS Capital Management. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day activities of the firm including marketing, distribution and media relations. Prior to joining IMS in 2004, Ms. Griffin was responsible for marketing at Portland-based Columbia Funds. She has an MBA degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL and a BA degree from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN. She has 19 years industry experience.

Jock McQuilkin, CFA

Mr. McQuilkin is responsible for institutional business development and works primarily with consultants. Over the course of a 28-year career in the investment management industry, Mr. McQuilkin has served as a securities analyst, portfolio manager and business development professional. Mr. McQuilkin also co founded and built Cadence Capital Management, an institutional investment management firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. McQuilkin received a BFT degree from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management in Phoenix and a BA degree from Hobart College in Geneva, New York.

Eric Warlick

Mr. Warlick is a business development professional specializing in advisor relationships. He works closely with financial advisors to keep them apprised of IMS investment products and serivces and also provides solutions-based support to advisors in the areas of asset allocation and investment management. With 14 years financial services experience, Mr. Warlick has managed advisor relationships previously at TD Ameritrade, Fidelity, Schwab Institutional and the former Crabbe Huson Group. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Oregon.
